Each class varies in focus, from targeted muscle groups, to full body, to upper or lower body.
All fitness levels are welcome as Liz tailors her boot camp classes to your individual levels + needs!
Each exercise is provided with 2-3 levels so you can pick your intensity as you go!
Liz believes that strength comes from within so cool downs are yoga-inspired that end
with positive affirmations and words of encouragement. We are #strongertogether.

Hi, I'm Liz
I am a Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Competitor and I have my Masters in Education.
My passion for health + fitness began in my early 20s when I realized the importance of taking ownership of my own personal health and wellbeing. I started this journey first by creating a fitness + wellness program
for elementary and high school students to provide opportunities where a passion for fitness could
develop, grow and evolve.
As I continued to work with one-on-one clients, I stumbled upon the fact that we as humans, are so interconnected to one another and that it is the fuel to our being. Without the support and motivation of others, we would find it difficult to survive. This is where my path turned to group fitness training, as I realized
how much stronger we are together!
